Andrea Waddell

Andrea has been involved in the Information Technology and Consulting profession for over 22 years. She joined ROC Consulting Group in 2012, after spending five years at Research in Motion (RIM) and its subsidiary Chalk Media Services Corp. She is a strong leader with exceptional analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. She is experienced working with stakeholders at all levels of government and private sector enterprises. She is a skilled negotiator and often draws upon her Psychology background during mediation. 

Andrea is well-versed in all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle and is experienced in Waterfall, Iterative and Agile approaches. She is recognized as an expert in SCRUM and was an Agile Coach at RIM for three years. 

For the past 5 years, Andrea has worked as a Senior Business Analyst/Project Lead on a large Public-Sector implementation
