Lorna Ganong

Lorna has been involved in the Information Technology and Consulting profession for over 32 years. She is a founding partner and associate of ROC. She is currently Chief Executive Officer of ROC. Her experience ranges from management consulting to project management and programme management to business process improvement, quality and change management. 

Lorna has managed several multi-year, multi-million dollar projects involving many diverse stakeholder groups in the healthcare and social services sector. She has provided consulting services for many strategic initiatives for public-sector clients in New Brunswick, including the Department of Health and the Department of Social Development.

Prior to forming ROC, Lorna held various positions at CGI including Director of a successful and strategic, international line of business; the Single Window Government practice and was a member of the Senior Management Team for the Atlantic Region.  

Lorna is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and is consistently recognized for her strong delivery skills.
