Scott Waddell

Scott is a bilingual Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager with over 25 years’ experience in Information Technology. He is well-versed in all aspects of the System Development Lifecycle and has participated in various project management approaches, including waterfall, Agile, and iterative. Scott has strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills which he effectively brings to bear in all engagements. 

Scott’s most recent experience has been in the healthcare industry, where he has been involved in modernizing and streamlining applications and processes for patients, healthcare providers, and clinicians. He worked to build native mobile apps and a Web portal for plan members to submit healthcare claims and access other plan information. 

Scott helped create an organization whose mandate was to provide an Electronic Medical Record system to physicians. As Operations Manager, Scott collaborated with various stakeholders to align business and operational processes, including user support, system integration, and contract management.
