Theresa McAllister

Theresa is a Senior Systems Analyst with over 22 years’ experience in Information Technology. She has developed considerable expertise in helping organizations analyze and design their information systems and implement effective solutions.  

For the past eight (8) years, she has been instrumental in the implementation of an enterprise housing solution for a key public sector client, dealing with all aspects of analysis, business case development, requirements definition, workflow design, configuration and data conversion. 

Her experience in customizing and stream-lining methodologies for rapid application development has made her a leader in the area.  This has also provided her the opportunity to develop and mature her facilitation and listening skills for requirements gathering.  

Theresa has strong leadership, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. She has considerable experience with all aspects of the system development life cycle, including analysis, design, quality assurance and implementation.
